Bellevue, Idaho

Bellevue is located on Idaho Highway 75 in the Wood River Valley, about 4 miles south of Hailey and about 16 miles south of the resort center at Ketchum-Sun Valley in central Idaho. State Route 75 is also known (in this area anyway) as the Sawtooth Scenic Byway, and Bellevue bills itself as the "Gateway to the Sawtooths."

Bellevue is in that zone where the dry, high desert of southern Idaho meets the green lushness of the Sawtooth National Forest. The barren, black, volcanic landscape of Craters of the Moon National Monument isn't very far to the southeast... Bellevue is seeing property values rise these days because of its relative proximity to the Sun Valley area, too.
